Seth Cohen is highly experienced in the design and renovation of academic, civic, cultural, and institutional facilities. Seth recently managed design and oversaw construction for the new South Philadelphia Community Health and Literacy Center, a combined clinical care, education, research, library, and recreation facility for the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia and the City of Philadelphia. Seth has worked with VSBA Architects & Planners, formerly Venturi, Scott Brown and Associates, for almost 20 years.
Cheryl has 33 years of experience working with the City of Philadelphia and currently oversees its 8 health centers. She worked closely with the Health Center 2 Clinical Director, Dr. Nino Vittorio, CHOP and the VSBA team led by Seth Cohen to develop the Health Center 2 design within the South Philadelphia Community Health and Literacy Center.
Michael DeLacey is principal and CEO of Microdesk, an enterprise-level Architecture, Engineering, Construction and Operations and Maintenance (AECO) industry consultancy. He has 28 years of experience in integrating technology into the planning, design, construction and operations and maintenance process, specializing in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM).
Alex Genna is an Architectural Solutions Specialist at Microdesk with expertise in providing technical support, training, implementation and consulting services for firms and organizations interested in using BIM, facilities management and enterprise project portfolio management technologies. He worked closely on the South Philadelphia Community Health and Literacy Center.Â
