NAVIGATING PUBLIC + PRIVATE PARTNERSHIPS, MANAGING CROSS-FUNCTIONAL TEAMS, AND UTILIZING BIM TO CONSTRUCT THE SOUTH PHILADELPHIA COMMUNITY HEALTH AND LITERACY CENTER

Explore the journey to construct the South Philadelphia Community Health and Literacy Center.

Connect with fellow industry leaders as we delve into the key management decisions essential to completing Philadelphia’s newest state-of-the-art children’s medical facility and community hub. Discussion topics will include strategically facilitating public + private collaboration, navigating organizational challenges in managing cross-functional teams, and knowledge transfer over the lifetime of a project. Additionally, we will demonstrate how executing BIM deliverables for construction and facilities management provided day-one operational readiness.

The event will take place on site in the center’s library, featuring a panel of the project’s major players, and ending with a tour. Don’t miss this opportunity to network with peers and learn from the challenges and success of this endeavor!
